Fees for our services will be outlined in a service agreement or proposal. Invoices are due within the agreed payment terms, typically within 15 or 30 days. Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of service.

All client information is kept confidential and is used only for the purposes of delivering the agreed services. We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information and restrict access to only authorized personnel.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last three months prior to any claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, typically 15 to 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable federal laws. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
